(WTNH) -- Coach Randy Edsall, and his players, say that although they won against Hofstra, there is a room for improvement. "It was a learning opportunity, even though we won, it wasn't a great win," Donald Brown, a running back, said. "It's funny cause Coach Ambrose walked in and was like guys we did win," Tyler Lorenzen, a UConn football player, said. "The offensive line did a great job opening the holes," Brown said. "Some of them we could've driven a truck thru them." "We got to get alot better you know even though the score was 35-3 but we know we could do better as a team all around," Scott Lutrous, a UConn football player, said. "And, we definately will. We gotta work hard at that and try to come out better next time." "There's alot to work on but the bottom line is men we got the win, that's the bottom line," Coach Randy Edsall said. "But again, we got to make drastic improvements between game one and game two." |
